Adeniji Kazeem is the Managing Partner of the firm, which he established after a career in tax, consulting and business advisory services in the Lagos Office of the defunct Arthur Andersen (now KPMG Professional services ).

He holds a Bsc degree in Political Science and an LLb in Law from the University of Lagos, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He also holds a Masters degree in Information Technology and telecommunications Law from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and is a Notary Public. Mr. Kazeem has a background in tax, accounting and consultancy and has over the years brought this experience to bear in his advice to several local and international clients.
