Adeniji Kazeem & Co. was established in 1996 with the vision of being a one stop legal centre to provide value added and quality legal services to the Nigerian and International Business Communities. The firm provides a wide range of legal services mainly to private and public sector entities and has a substantial domestic and international practice.

Our focus is to provide clearly perceived legal work of the highest international standard of leveraging on accounting, tax, consulting, and business advisory background one of its founding partners and varied experience of its entire staff.

Our Founding Consultant was Late Justice Boonyamin Oladiran Kazeem, who retired as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, having previously held such positions as the Solicitor General of the Federation, Judge of the High Court of Lagos State and Judge of the Appeal Court. He served on various law reform commissions, including the commission for the reform of the Laws of Federation in 1990 and the Laws of Lagos state in 1994. He was also a member of the Constitutional Review Commission (CRC) and Pro-Chancellor of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University.
